The History
2010
Imperio Group was founded in 2010
Imperio Group started off with one mission: to bring different lifestyles and timeless homes to the people. The team grew from humble beginnings, starting in Northern Malaysia and subsequently gained traction in various project types from landed houses to sky living and integrated projects.
2015
Savori
Situated in Alor Setar, Kedah, this neighbourhood was built to bring warmth into homes by prioritising the flow between a home’s interior and exterior. It is now a friendly place to stay offering 157 residential units.

The Derga
This is a single-semi detached house project in Alor Setar, featuring an exclusive community of 16 homes.
